Something's Fishy Tacos-Spirit Cleanse

Fish tacos are a great way to make a quick and satisfying meal with corn tortillas. This is a great lunch or dinner meal that provides good energy with protein.


- 2 white fish fillets
- 3 corn tortillas
- 1 sliced avocado
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded cabbage

- 1/3 cup of tomato

 -1/3 cilantro

 -1/3 mint

- 2 lemon slices

In a skillet heat tbsp of olive oil. Cook fish for 3-4 min on each side until it flakes easily with a fork. Place the cooked fish on to the warmed up tortilla. Top with cabbage, tomato, cilantro, and mint. Squeeze some lemon juice on top. Enjoy!
