Smooth Move Smoothies--Spirit Cleanse

Sometimes it's hard to integrate the spiritual diet into an urban setting. These are awesome for breakfast or lunch when cleansing and preparing for spiritual work. It's great to take when you are on the go while doing your regular work thing.

 

 

Fill'er UP!

-5 dino kale leaves
-1 handful of parsley
- 2 cups-Coconut Water
-2 tbsp chia seeds
-1 banana
-1 pear
-10 goji berries

Blend to your favorite consistency

 

 

Pear it Down Smoothie:


-1 pear
-2 cups coconut water
-1 avocado
-2 handfuls spinach

Blend to your favorite consistency

 

 

 

Almond Butter Shake Your Booty Milkshake:

-1 scoop almond butter

-1/2 coconut water

-1 banana-

-1 handful spinach

 

Blend to your favorite consistency



Strawberry Short Cake Smoothie:

-2 cups strawberries
-1 banana
-¾ cup water
-¾ cup almond milk
cup rolled unsalted oats
-10-12 fresh mint leaves

 


Blend to your favorite consistency

 

 

Mustach-io Pistachio Banana Shake:

-1/2 cup raw pistachios
-1 handful of mint
- 2 cups of coconut water
-2 bananas
-10 goji berries

Blend to your favorite consistency




Kale Yeah!
-2 cups coconut water
-½ head or handful of spinach

-6 dino kale leaves
-4 sticks celery
-1 banana
-1 pear
-1 apple

-1 scoop of almond butter

-2 tbsp chia seeds
